Tasting Note: The nose is rich and complex, with notes of citrus, bread, hazelnuts and almonds.On the palate, a touch of vanilla testifies to the high proportion of Chardonnay, while the depth of Pinot Noir is expressed in aromas of red fruits and violets.This Exceptional Vintage 2016 by Drappier is ideal as an aperitif, but will also go perfectly with blanquette de veau, risotto, chicken fricassee or sole a la plancha.
